Choirs
Caroline runs a number of choirs through Peppercorns Academy. You don’t need to be a singing ace, or a musical genius to join our choir groups, just a sense of humour and a willingness to learn is all you need!
The Capsicum Singers
£18 per half term (6 weeks)The Capsicum Singers are a mixed voice choir and meet every Tuesday from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. The Singers enjoy learning a variety of music including folk songs, songs from the shows, gospel music, classic pop songs, sacred music – in fact, just about anything! You don’t need to read music to join us, just a good sense of humour. The choir perform throughout the year at various fundraising events.
PEPPERCORNS SINGERS
£18 per half term (6 weeks)The Peppercorns Singers are a mixed voice choir and meet every Tuesday from 7:30pm – 8:30pm. The Singers learn the same programme as the Capsicum Singers and the choirs combine for certain performances. It is possible to rotate in either choir if necessary.
The St Neots Jewels
£18 per half term (6 weeks)The St Neots Jewels meet on Thursday mornings 10am – 11am at Peppercorns Academy. These are always relaxed, informal, fun singing sessions in unison, two part and occasionally three part! The all-women group meets on 6 week block sessions both sides of the school half-term. The choir enjoys several performances a year for local organisations.
